I wish I could get some mental/spiritual laxatives. Keeping shit in is bad for your physical health. Mental and spiritual shit have the same effect. Why do I keep it in? Because I don't want to dump it onto other people. They already have enough shit of their own to worry about.

To all who are offended, shit means feces. While feces doesn't smell nice, it's not, in itself, something one should be ashamed of. Shit and more shit.
